Information

Angel is Minnow's roommate in juvie who’s been there for five years when Minnow arrives. Convicted of murder at age 12, and unrepentant for her crime, she is feared by everyone. But her no-nonsense, cynical exterior belies a deep intellectual side with a reverence for science and reason. She worships at the altar of Carl Sagan. Over the course of our season, Angel takes Minnow under her wing, teaching her about juvie, science and building a bond that slowly changes her views on friendship.
